Privacy
A press obsessed with anonymity would be embarrassed to track its readers. This page is short because there is genuinely little to disclose.
What we collect
Nothing, on purpose. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no accounts, comments or forms. The words you type into the generator never leave your browser — the composition happens on your machine, from arithmetic, and is not logged.
What the infrastructure sees
Like every website, the server that hosts this one produces standard access logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) which are used only to keep the site running and are not joined to anything else, because there is nothing to join them to.
Outbound links
The Guides link out to vendors, and some of those links are affiliate links (disclosed on every page that carries them — see how the Press is funded). When you follow one, the vendor's own privacy policy takes over, and their press — not ours — may set cookies to attribute the visit. Tracked links route via /go/ on this site, which records nothing and simply forwards you.
